CHARMING GITE WITH SWIMMING POOL
Between Bordeaux and Toulouse, La Métairie du Pigeonnier is an invitation to relax and unwind. Comprising 2 gites, it has preserved all its authenticity and quality comfort.
In the heart of the Tarn-et-Garonne region, just a few kilometres from Montauban, the Métairie du Pigeonnier is a typical and unusual address.
This 19th-century property extends over two hectares and has two gites: "l'Arratz", which can accommodate up to 6 people, and "le Pigeonnier", which can accommodate 2 guests. L'Arratz and Le Pigeonnier are completely independent.
Each gîte has its own private swimming pool.
The Gers, Lectoure...30 minutes away, at the foot of the Quercy, the Gîte l'Arratz offers 3 large bedrooms and an exclusive swimming pool.
Space and tranquillity are the order of the day.
Larger than the pigeonnier but just as authentic, the Arratz gîte is a 120m2 house with three bedrooms.
It is air-conditioned. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
L'Arratz is the name of the river that runs through the bottom of the village, where you can go to soak your feet, or make a little mill.
The swimming pool is reserved and exclusive to this gîte, measuring 4 x 10.
Wifi is available throughout the grounds and by the pool.
The pool has a large deck and relaxation area with colourful cushions and deckchairs. The first step of the staircase is very wide and shallow, making it easy to lie down or accommodate a child.
The park features many fruit trees, including peach, apricot and fig trees. There's plenty of shade and cool spots. At the height of the season, we allow our customers to help themselves to their own pies and jams.
A private gym on the property is reserved for the 2 gîtes.
It has a treadmill, bike, mat, etc. and a TV to watch while you work out. The room is air-conditioned or heated by a reversible heat pump.
Electric cars can be recharged in the private car park, using special Green Cube charging points.
Visitors can stroll around the local markets, Auvillar, one of France's most beautiful villages, or along the Canal du Midi.

In a village, gîte adjoining the owners' house, with independent access. Ground floor: living room, TV area, 2 large sofas and armchair, with fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine),
Upstairs: 1 master bedroom (bed 160) with romantic bath and large shower, + 1 bedroom (2 beds x90), & 1 bedroom (1x140), shower room, separate WC on landing.
Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, lounge area, outdoor sofa, parasol and sun loungers. Private green space. Private swimming pool and trampoline, extra bed for 1 person if required. BB bed and chair available.
End-of-stay cleaning package. Price includes: bed linen, towels, tourist tax, wifi internet access in the gite. Set in shady grounds.
