Gîte l'Etable

At the foot of the fortified village of Maubec, gateway to the Gers, an old Lomagne farmhouse where the house, cowshed and wine storehouse have been refurbished with originality. L'étable group gîte comprises a ground floor entrance hall with all the local and tourist information you need and a separate toilet with washbasin. From the entrance, access to a large living room with a beautiful lounge overlooking the countryside (sofas, fireplace with insert), a dining area and a professional kitchen. From this ground floor, a bedroom (2 x 0.90cm beds) with en suite shower room, a bedroom with its own lounge and bedroom (1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 2 x 0.80cm trundle bed), shower room with wc. On the 1st floor, via an internal staircase, a second reading room (possibility of 4 additional beds). A grand staircase leads from the living room to 3 bedrooms: the Pivoine bedroom with 3 x 0.90cm beds, an open-plan bathroom with bath and washbasins, the Tournesol bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a shower room with wc, the Iris bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 0.80cm armchair, a shower room with wc. On the inside and outside, a family room with the "Tourisme et Handicap" label, with a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a bedroom with 1 x 0.90cm bed and a pull-out bed (2x 0.80cm), a shower room with wc. On the courtyard side, a large awning with summer kitchen awaits you for meals in fine weather. A few steps away, you can enjoy a shared, enclosed play area in the former hangar, which has been completely reinvested to play table tennis, table football and American billiards.
